04/04/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined by Attorney General Drew Wrigley for a conversation on the status of Senate Bill 2128 regarding truth in sentencing. Senate Bill 2128 sought to make sure inmates in the state prison system spend most of their sentence in prison. It also contained provisions that would have established steeper penalties for fleeing and assaulting law enforcement.
