It’s the 89th meeting between the two programs, with the Irish holding a commanding advantage in the series. Freshman quarterback CJ Carr has opened his career with back-to-back 200-yard passing games, and he’ll lean on running backs Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price to establish the ground attack. The Irish defense, which gave up 41 points a week ago, faces a Purdue team under first-year coach Barry Odom, still looking to find consistency after a loss to USC. Kickoff time is 3:30 eastern.
