Aleksandar Ciric
Dr. Aleksandar Ciric is a distinguished pharmaceutical executive currently serving as the Managing Director of Novo Nordisk Austria since August 2023. With a dual Serbian-Canadian citizenship, Dr. Ciric completed his medical studies at the University of Belgrade and later earned an MBA from the Cotrugli Business School.
He began his career at Novo Nordisk in 2007, holding various roles in sales, market access, public affairs, and business unit leadership, particularly in the areas of diabetes and rare diseases. Before his current role, he was the General Manager of Novo Nordisk Slovakia.
Dr. Ciric is also a professor at the Rome Business School in Belgrade, where he teaches personal and talent management. His commitment to improving the quality of life for people with chronic diseases is evident in his work, which emphasizes both treatment and prevention.
Bianca Itariu:
Dr. Bianca Itariu, PhD is physician in internal medicine, endocrinology, and metabolic diseases. As an expert in the treatment of obesity, she has co-authored the book "Schlank auf Rezept"* together with Dr. Siegfried Meryn.
During the book promotion phase, she was a guest on numerous podcasts on topics such as weight loss medicine and weight loss injections. She uses the podcast medium to educate about medical topics and provide insights into everyday medical practice.
