Nectar Talks Episode 46
Steadiness and Sincerity - A Spiritual Warrior
With Ekadasi Vrata Devi Dasi & Dhanya Gaurangi Devi Dasi
In this episode of Nectar Talks, guest host Dhanya speaks with Ekadasi about her journey in spiritual life. A disciple of HH Bhaktitirtha Maharaj, she was a recipient of the love and support he shared with those around him. Soon after being introduced to Krishna Consciousness Ekadasi gave birth to her twin boys, the oldest of her 5 children (now adults). She has proven that, when viewed properly, family responsibilities are not at all a hindrance to spiritual life, but can provide a solid framework and purpose for advancement.

Nectar Talks Episode 45
Changing Hearts
With Mangalananda Das (aka Michael Cassidy)
Mangalananda Das was a pioneer of non-traditional Indian music in the early days of ISKCON. After "renouncing" his musical aspirations (and instruments!), in order to join the temple, he found an acoustic guitar in the basement of the Columbus, Ohio, temple and was encouraged to write songs and sing about Krishna. From that point on, Mangalananda went on to write many songs, produce albums and perform his music throughout the country. Listen to Mangalananda Das as he recounts his musical journey and sings us some of his favorites.

-Filming Srila Prabhupada and His Movement Through the Lens of Love-
With Yadubara Das
In 1968, Yadubara was given a professional photography assignment to cover the Hare Krishna movement in New York City. A year or so later he was given another assignment to do the same in India. That resulted in his becoming a Hare Krishna devotee, and as the first filmmaker on the scene, he was in a prime position to document the spiritual revolution of ISKCON. He and his wife Vishakha traveled with Srila Prabhupada, filming and photographing him extensively. Thanks to them, we have film footage, movies, lectures and much more, illustrating the early days of ISKCON and providing everlasting images of Srila Prabhupada.

- Not My Pasture, Not My Problem -
With Kesihanta Das
Kesihanta Prabhu has performed many services throughout his years in ISKCON. He was centered mainly in the northeast before moving down to Florida with his wife Devaki.
They have been the heads and hearts behind the cow protection department in Alachua ever since, beginning with Save the Cow, which cared for the retired cows on the farm until the cows and oxen passed away naturally. Kesihanta now heads up the Alachua Holy Cow Team that manages, trains and cares for the 3 cows and 3 oxen currently on the temple property. You'll see how an advanced education and professional services ultimately culminate in the highest service -- being a cowherd boy.
