Theses hormones are also released when you feel love and fool around with the birds and the bees. During exercise, our bodies also release "feel good" chemicals known as Dopamine! I don't know about you, but walking around with pleasure hormones and feel good chemicals sounds like a good time! But, it takes more than just a desire to feel good.
