My favorite part about talking to Niraj as a physical Therapist is that he IS a runner and he understands the pain that we go through when we are not able to run. He understands that the pain isn't just physical but mental and getting back onto the road is what we need to do. So I ask him many questions to help us heal mentally and physically.
