To kick off, I had to pick the big man himself - Sir Alex Ferguson. As a lifelong football and Manchester United fan, he's one of the first names that come to mind when I hear the word 'leader' - and his story does not disappoint when it comes to identifying what helps make teams successful in the long run! He was in charge for 26 years, winning 38 trophies in that time, and building the club into one of the most dominant sports team to ever exist.
