Today I talked about my needs, what I’ve learned about them and how I’ve realized that I have learned to ignore them. I habe learned a lot about this from contemplating this over the last few weeks. I basically have learned to minimize my needs and have as few as possible, to not be a burden. Very confusing to navigate now as a grown woman. What are your needs?
