Chatting a bit about liberation. What is your perspective? Do you have something you want to be liberated from? Someone? Some circumstance?
I had a realization during this one, about the perspective through which I seek liberation. And how it sometimes can feel desperate.
I am experiencing a lot of grief and reflection over family matters, so that’s where it hits me the most lately. What about you? Do you feel that there’s realizations happening?

The relief that comes from doing what is correct for me. I was laugh-crying in such relief. The come down was so real but I am so proud of myself. And it is so worth it.

Reflecting on the role that uncertainty plays in my life. Does uncertainty play a role in your life? I have lots of thoughts about it, especially as it relates to my family relationships. It's been a lot for me to contend with, but I am allowing myself to go below surface level lately and I am very glad for that.

I am learning about what courtesy really means to me. I am learning to communicate the truth of how I am feeling without aggression and to actually make steps towards sharing without repressing. Repressing my emotions felt like the “right” thing to do but it has been harming me. It is dishonest to everyone. False courtesy. That’s what I talked about today.

I felt inspired today to begin sharing the journey of when Human Design found me. It's been 5 full years. The start of my sixth year in my Human Design experiment has nearly begun and I was feeling reflective and contemplative. Today I talked about my needs, what I’ve learned about them and how I’ve realized that I have learned to ignore them. I habe learned a lot about this from contemplating this over the last few weeks. I basically have learned to minimize my needs and have as few as possible, to not be a burden. Very confusing to navigate now as a grown woman. What are your needs? How do you treat yourself around those things?
