Chatting a bit about liberation. What is your perspective? Do you have something you want to be liberated from? Someone? Some circumstance?

I had a realization during this one, about the perspective through which I seek liberation. And how it sometimes can feel desperate.

I am learning about what courtesy really means to me. I am learning to communicate the truth of how I am feeling without aggression and to actually make steps towards sharing without repressing. Repressing my emotions felt like the “right” thing to do but it has been harming me. It is dishonest to everyone. False courtesy. That’s what I talked about today.

I felt inspired today to begin sharing the journey of when Human Design found me. It's been 5 full years. I basically have learned to minimize my needs and have as few as possible, to not be a burden. Very confusing to navigate now as a grown woman. What are your needs?
