How are you? It is an extremely important question. We brush past it, but attending to it carefully can provide deep insight into our human experience.

‘How are you?’ is not a greeting. It’s an invitation. You are invited to share how you really are. We will talk about that and whatever else you wish people would ask you that they don't. I'm here to ask because I believe that one of the ways we can improve the quality of our lives now, without changing our lives first, is by sharing our stories and saying what’s on our hearts.
