Today I talked about belief with you... what is a belief? What does it mean?
I looked it up and I talked about how the word belief has become about so many different things... it has to be true, be attached to my morals and values, a sense of confidence in myself and also has to be aligned with the tribe and society. Whew!!!!
Really though, to me, a belief is just a habitual thought pattern that becomes a default. It feels true because it shows up in my manifested reality.
So what happens if I don't like that? If I don't feel good about my beliefs? I share some stories about that... it feels awesome to talk about words and what they mean to me. Thanks for being here.
