Nikita Phadnavis is an early Years Professional with expertise in EYFS curriculum, Froebel and Montessori Philosophy.

She trained as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, Safeguarding Office and First Aider. Nikita gained work experience in six different countries, with all age groups and in varied Educational Establishments – early years setting, state and independent schools and further education colleges and charity run schools.

She worked on a UN backed project in Ukraine, a government funded project in Japan and she co-founded a charity in India and did voluntary work in deprived areas of India, Sri Lanka and Romania to raise living standards by offering free courses in IT and Communication skills.
