Adrian was also a Non-Executive Director to the UK government where he was on the Board of the Home Office for over four years and is currently a NED to the People Board of the Cabinet Office.  He was previously the Chair of the Race Equality Board, the race campaign of Business in the Community and a Trustee of Aleto, a charity that helps non-privileged young people.

He was awarded an OBE for services to equality and diversity in business and was announced as the most influential black, Asian and minority ethnic technology leader in the UK by the Financial Times and Inclusive Boards in 2018.

Raffaella is an economist, entrepreneur and a mum of two. She is the founder and Managing Director of ADA Economics, specialising in forecasting currencies and the business cycle. She left her native Italy at the age of 17 to study at the London School of Economics and has worked as an economist for Lombard Street Research, Dresdner Kleinwort, Bank of America Merrill Lynch between 2003-2015. Raffaella describes herself as a loyal Londoner since 1998 and tells us she is especially proud of the fact that she became a chief economist for an investment bank before the age of 30 and the fact that she set up her business around the same time as having her two children. We'd say that's definitely an achievement! We absolutely cannot wait to hear from this amazing lady.
