💬 “The good hand of my God was upon me.” (Nehemiah 2:8)

In Nehemiah 2, we witness God calling His servant to rise and lead amid ruin and discouragement. Burdened by the brokenness of Jerusalem, Nehemiah prays, plans, and steps forward in faith, trusting in the sovereign hand of the Lord who opens doors and strengthens His people. This passage teaches us that faithful service flows from dependence on God, courage rooted in His promises, and a willingness to labor for the rebuilding of what is broken—all for the glory of God and the good of His people.
