Biblical and secular entrepreneurship have outstanding differences. Business owners, ought to know which side they are on as per the values of your business.

Chief Servant Officer Patrice Tsague connects with another visionary of the marketplace, business men who's work impact and shaped current business trend. They will discuss the actions put in place to create 100K Jobs and elaborate on the tendencies in our nations economy. On the Nehemiah Project International New series on Job Creation through Entrepreneurship.

Victory amid trial is all about having a mindset that no matter what you are through, joy will always come in the morning. As an entrepreneur trial will come your way and this shouldn't hold you back.

Instead, be grateful because this happens to everyone and those who you look at and feel like they are successful, they too have gone through all these trials.

Trials are meant to prepare you for what is yet to come. Also, the kind of wisdom that you get during these times sharpens your view on everything. Remember to always lean on God despite how hard the situation is and through it rejoice, give thanks, and pray always because great triumph always comes at the end.

Black History 365 is all about understanding who you are and understanding where you come from. If you understand this, you are less likely to self-sabotage. Dr. Freeman says that in most cases we are our enemies and we live so much in our heads that we end up not doing that one thing that we were so excited about. When you fully understand your history then you fully understand what is expected of you even when it comes to entrepreneurship. Also, when you understand your history, you get the strength to press through challenges because you fully understand where you have come from and you can only be better.

Upscaling Kenya through furniture rental is one of the greatest things that can happen to anyone who is looking at moving to Kenya or just visiting for a while. Colleta Odero is the brains behind this amazing venture based in Nairobi Kenya. She always knew she wanted to do business but she didn't know how or where to start. She adds that hanging out with various people helped her make her next move as an entrepreneur.  For Colleta this upscaling business may look like the work of her hands which is not the case. She owes her success to the biblical entrepreneurship program. The program helped her identify her purpose.   It is possible to do business God's way, find your purpose and with that, every other thing will fall into place since God will be at the center of it.

The Triple Threat of the Enemy

The triple threat of the enemy is about living knowing that the enemy is always out there and that you need to be prepared. The enemy is always in pursuit and he always uses tactics that never change. These are the lust of the eyes, ears, and flesh. To avoid these tactics all you have to know is how you are going to deal with them. The only way is to know how the enemy operates and this can only be done when you fully understand the word of God. Deal with the things that are inside of you since it is only then that you can start dealing with any other thing. If you do not deal with these things inside of you, then success will lead you to your fall.

The Spirit of Innovation and saying yes together go hand in hand especially when it comes to families building businesses. Mr. and Mrs. Caperna says that God always has a plan for the children he gives you. Let them grow as per God's plan not your plan. When you train your children well, you'll never be afraid of releasing them to the world. The couple shared that they both accepted that their children wanted to chase different things. Despite this, they still gave them all their support. In family businesses, allow everyone to do their thing and work on giving the business a strong foundation. With this, there will always be a place to come back to and add value.

Seek to complete rather than compete. When you do this, you are bound to achieve greater things. God created us in a way that there is always enough.

As women, our aim should always be to come together instead of competing. First, make sure that you fully understand the calling that God has for you. Usually, when you are doing what you are called for, there is no room for competing.

Never be worried that someone is getting more. Everyone has a portion and it is only God who can tell when it is enough for you. Remember, when we dwell in unity, we will be working towards one purpose.

Psalm 133:1 A Song of Ascents. Of David. Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!

Kingdom business is God's business managed God's way by God's stewards for God's purpose on earth. For a business to be called Kingdom Business, it has to be solving the problems in the world. Also, it has to be focusing being customer service-driven other than profit-driven.  Patrice Tsague points out some of the conditions in his book and he says that a Kingdom business has to be managed by biblical principles, it has to be all about the people and not you. Do not be a stumbling block, instead be an opportunity for people to come and know God.

Confirming your purpose through Identity & Destiny

Confirming your purpose through identity and destiny is key. Most of the time people struggle with this.  Mildred Molina went through this training to learn about her purpose and she even brought her daughter along. She says she's teaching her daughter to be a prayer warrior and mentions that this will be important to our youths too. Introducing your children to prayer at an early age is important because they grow knowing their purpose according to God. She adds that it is okay to be afraid but always remember to do it afraid.  Identity and purpose is all about being in comfort with your ethnicity and culture.
