As we saw yesterday, the Jews who returned from the Captivity had recommitted themselves to the Law of God, and promised to separate themselves from the world. God has always required separation from the world, and He still requires it today! There were two areas in particular where these Jews needed to be separate from the world: in their marriages, and in their observance of the Sabbath. Join us today as we continue to look at this principle of “separation,” and how it applied to them in that day and to us in our day.
