God’s story is a humble story seen in the baptism of Jesus Matthew 3:13-17 as this action of our Lord reveals that God’s story is A Humble Story of Constant Surrender, Continual Support, Celebrated Suffering...and we would do well to embrace surrender, yield to support, and build endurance through suffering.

God’s story is an incredible story, an amazing story, but not a ‘safe’ story...it’s a radical story about Jesus that is told in both the Old Testament and New Testament of the Bible. This radical story comes together through the strange and radical person of John the Baptist. In Matthew 3:1-12 as we hear John’s story we learn of God’s story; A Radical Story that is Evoking Radical Results, and Producing Radical Results.
