The message of the Gospel of Jesus is the only gospel message that matters.

Amidst our sin and wandering God pursued us as His chosen through the greatest sacrifice of love conquering death and the grave through Jesus.

It’s only after Jesus’ resurrection can the significance of Jesus’ triumphal entry be seen. Jesus is not merely the king of our wants and desires; He’s the king of the world.

Jesus was tempted just as we are, He shows us how to respond to temptation and battle the enemy with the power of Scripture.

As humans, we struggle with our need for purpose, and tend to seek our redemption through natural means when God has already provided the only path to Him, through His Son.

Lent is usually a time of fasting, but we must not merely ‘pay our dues’ but instead allow our hearts to be transformed by the love and generosity displayed in Jesus.

Humans were created in God’s image, but sin entered the world and marred that image. We needed a Savior, in human flesh who perfectly reflects the image of God, we needed Jesus.

Death is an uncomfortable topic, we either try to hide it or turn it into a welcome friend. The Bible defines death as the greatest enemy to humanity, an enemy which Jesus defeated.

God showed us hospitality through the death and resurrection of His Son, and we should embrace that hospitality must play a central role in our daily lives.

On the cross, Jesus showed us the cost and the commitment of God’s hospitality to sinners.
