Phenom and Kriss review Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. Sadly this film doesn't live up to the first and falls into the same trap that many comedy sequels do. We also note that this could probably have been better had at least one woman been a writer for this script. A probably Hollywood needs to correct fast.
