Jake and company are in the mine face to face with Delta and all her might. Drastic measures are taken to try and get out alive. Andrea confronts Samantha about the workings of Witke Labs and has had enough. Jason meanwhile looks to control the uncontrollable situation that seems to be a trend for Witke Research. Connor meets Nate as Jake’s two most recent partners team up to save a life. All the tension of season 1’s build up culminates in this the season finale of Mountain Mysteries season 1!

Detective Belmont wants to head up to Witke Research Labs one last time. Captain Wilson thinks it’s a bad idea to let her go alone and provides a new partner for Lizzie! Meanwhile Andrea no longer believes Jake is on a bender and feels it’s a good idea to start questioning her new employer about Jake’s disappearance. Jake and Connor finally make their way to the mine entrance and things are looking grim. Meanwhile alarms are blaring at Witke research as Delta unleashes her rage. Captain Wilson is stressed over the loss of his star Detective and Mrs Labrie uncovers another missing person in Spruce Point.

Jake has been put back into the mine by Jason Witke in hopes that he’ll face his demise by the monster “Delta”. Meanwhile Detective Belmont won’t relent on the Witke Research Lab and their involvement with Jake’s disappearance. She is joined by Wildlife Officer Johnson to search for clues to the disappearances. Jake attempts to outrun Delta in the mine and discovers the monster and him are not the only ones in the mine.
