Welcome back to Blind Drams, the little whiskey podcast that is flying by the seat of it’s pants!

Cocktail - Hot Buttered Whiskey

  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • ¼ oz maple syrup
  • 2 Rounded tablespoons batter
  • Hot water
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

    • Batter

    • 1 stick of butter
    • ¼ c brown sugar
    • ½ Tablespoon cinnamon
    • ½ tsp nutmeg
    • ¼ tsp ground cloves
    • Dash of ground ginger

      • Cream the ingredients.

      In an irish coffee mug add 2 rounded tablespoons of batter along with the whiskey and syrup. Top with hot water and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
