Amplify - Running Back E.P

Hot off the heals with his chart-topping track ‘Relax’ which reached that Number #2 spot on Juno download, and another chart hit from his E.P ‘Human’ feat Master Error. Nury Blackburn aka AMPLIFY is one of the leaders of the new skool to emerge out of the Drum & Bass scene in 2020/21, with sort after tracks and remixes for some of the players leading names. So, we are happy to announce AMPLIFY touches down on the mighty NEMESIS RECORDINGS imprint, with his brand new RUNNING BACK E.P.

Newton Abbot’s bad boy lands on the label with 5 tracks of pure and utter madness. Starting off with the likes of ‘BREAK IT’, which has seen many DJ’s requesting this number for some time now and has been doing the rounds on the dub circuit. This one is a total banger, with hard drum patterns and a scatty bass to keep you jumping.

Moving on we have the sounds of “HYBRID’ which again sees AMPLIFY with his trademark sound that has taken him to where he is today. Stepping beats meet naughty bass edits to make this track another stand out classic from man in question. One not to be slept on.

Other tracks to be found on the E.P consist of ’TURN BACK TIME’ with its jitter bass tones and rugged stepping beats, then on to ‘CONCERN’ which is a squelcher of a track for those jump up heads out there. Then finally we come to the close of the E.P with the title track ‘RUNNIN BACK’ with its low down and dirty bass slaps, which will definitely keep the people RUNNIN’ BACK for more.

NORTH BASE & PULS∆R - THEM OLD SKOOL VIBES

After outings on Viper Recordings and RAM Records alongside Chords and the man himself PULS∆R in 2020. Hitting the BBC Dance Anthems Chart with The Melody Men on 'Light It Up'. Over 136,000 plays via UKF and a staggering 400,000 plays on Spotify and counting... Plus neumerous amont of online streams on a Friday. The lads know as NORTH BASE are back with brand new music after nearly 6 years away from their home label Nemesis Recordings, and we are so happy for their return.

Once again, they bring along their brother and top-notch producer PULS∆R to the fray. As we know PULS∆R is no new comer to the Drum & Bass scene. With hits such as ‘Be Free’, ‘Overtape’, ‘Move it’ and the outstanding ‘Euphoria’ which was featured on the F.A cup semi-final few years back. Dima aka PULS∆R / Green Vibes is also formally 1/2 of the drum & bass group CYNEMATIC. He is setting the stage for big things in 2021 and beyond, with an album in the pipeline later in the year it's a good time to get to know this talented producer.

From the team who brought you Post Malone’s ‘Fall Apart’ Edit to their banging remix of The Paradise’s ‘In Love With You’. Plus their amazing new official remix that's is doing the rounds of Jax Jones & Au/Ra's I Miss U which is a FREE DOWNLOAD (make sure to check the socials). NORTH BASE & PULS∆R are here with a brand new banger to sweep you off your dancing feet!! Bring forth the sound of ‘Them Old Skool Vibes’ a collaboration of the two artists who collide into this mesmerising brutal killer of a track. Taking us all back to the days of the old with laser lights, strobes and smoke machines. Cutting dub plates at the infamous MUSIC HOUSE in London. (R.I.P Leon Chue)

So starting off the show, the spaced-out intro gets the ball rolling while sticking to the theme of the track, those old skool stabs come creeping through knocking on your door while the build-up intensifies to boiling point, until bang! Those hard ‘reeced’ out basslines comes smashing in like a bull in a china shop, while the hard stepping kick and snare keep you on your toes bouncing around like a nuttah! This one is set to be a winner with support from many key artists in the game.

Keep your eyes peeled for some free downloads from NORTH BASE & PULS∆R in the near future!!!

After a massive 2020 for the emerging artist MASTER ERROR, that has seen him rising in the producers rank in a short period of time with his twisted take on the music form. He has previous releases on labels such as Twisted Individuals’ Grid Recordings, Gradient Records, Cr8DNB and Young Guns just to name a few and us guys here at Nemesis Recordings are excited to bring an E.P of pure unadulterated madness with the man himself.

Starting off the show with his enormous title track ‘EMERGE’ which sees an eerie intro over a militant stab pattern that sets the pace for the insane bassline drop which will turn you inside out on the spot. Hard kicks and snares take control, while the bassline goodness just oozes out frequencies untold to man. This one has had support from the likes of Noisia, AC-13, North Base, Kaz, TJ and many more.

Without spoiling it too much for you all, be sure to check out the aggy sounds of ‘DERANGED’, with its intro that turns to into metalwork, this is not one for the faint hearted believe us. Then it’s time to get your ears round ‘RECLESS’ which is another mental slammer and then we end the showcase off with his absolute banger of a release with the spectacular sounds of ’STEPPAZ’. With talks of an album on the cards and loads more releases lined up, now is the time to get to know MASTER ERROR, as he takes no prisoners with his forward-thinking sound and production techniques. One to watch in 2021 trust us…
