Mariah Manzano is the founder of an app called Opal, a "Tinder for Mentorship" as well as a multi-racial woman in a male-dominated industry. Today we will be talking about her journey to creating Opal and how her identity has influenced her passion for this project. Mariah will also be sharing her experiences of being a young entrepreneur and some tips she has for future entrepreneurs.

Rachel is a high school senior who unfortunately suffers from mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and panic disorder. In this episode, we will be talking about how she has managed to take care of her mental health while participating in her many school activities as well as applying for college in this very unusual time.
