Platform watched words lists
Video name/description and comments that contain any of the watched words are automatically tagged with the name of the list.
These automatic tags can be used to filter comments and videos.
Global word list
Navigate to Administration section 01:01
Click on Moderation -> Watched words 01:03
Click the large button labeled Create new list 01:04
Add a List name; in this demo, we’ll call it Global word list 01:05
Add one word or group of words per line Words section. In this demo, we used: {"Donald Trump", "funk whale"}. Click save. Your list are now in affect. That's it. 01:12
To find and marked comments or videos, you go to the respective Administration section -> Overview and choosing either Videos or comments 03:34
Users word list
Navigate to your videos at My Videos 02:14
Click on the Comments tab, then select Watched words 02:16
Click the large button labeled Create new list 02:20
Add a List name; in this demo, we’ll call it Users word list 02:22
Add one word or group of words per line Words section. In this demo, we used: {"binaries", "big sale", "phishing"}. Click save. Your list is now READY to be activated, meaning it’s not yet in effect 02:28
Activate your newly created list of words/tags to mark comments and keep them hidden from the public until you approve them: example.org/my-library/auto-tag-policies. 02:43
Check the box to make the list active 02:43
Whenever a comment is flagged by any of your listed words, you can find it in Comments on my videos, where you can either approve or delete the comment. 03:22
