Back in the 1990's we had a 2 part TV mini-series based on Stephen King's It. I was front and center for it, and even bought the 2 VHS when it came out. Here are some general thoughts and I try to avoid too many comparisons to the new It movies.

Chances are, if you were a teenage girl in the mid-90's you watched this movie with your BFF. I know I did. It tackled some more difficult topics than I picked up on at that age with a stellar cast. Little slow in the middle, but the casting and how I can relate to some of the characters keeps it a favorite.
