Nerds of Legend

We travel back to the 17th century to follow the journeys of Lemuel Gulliver in the first two books of this Swift classic. Book one takes us to the Islands of Lilliput populated by tiny people, and Book 2 takes us to Brobdingnag populated by giants. A well known satire of many aspects of the civilized world, and we discuss what this means to us.

Once again the Nerds find themselves on Discworld, and this time we begin with Drum Billet the Wizard passing on his wizards staff (and power) to the eighth son of an eighth son. Except he forgot to check that it was a boy, and after Death personally claimed him realized his mistake. Creating the first female wizard Eskarina Smith. The book is a playful romp towards a equality in the Unseen University.

Our Party ventures underground in persuit of the missing centaurs. We find them as they are being tortured and prepared for eating by a group of lizardfolk. Will our party be able to save them all.

Mox had a heart to heart with his father, and the party went to see the god of the forge, Vulkan, regarding the revived map to the mirthril mines. Oh and Ochmos decided to challenge the God of the Forge to a makers battle.
