Nerds With Alcohol Show

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program…  This episode we are back to our normal topics; which this week includes video games, books, animation, and of course alcohol.  We talk Civilization VI, Arkham Knight, Star Wars: The Old Republic, The Belgariad & Malloreon, and DC animation.  We hope you are enjoying listening to these, as much as we are enjoying making them.

This episode is all about Harry Potter and the Potter-verse.  We do talk quite a bit about the new movie "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" so SPOILERS, you have been warned.  We also have our first very special guest, Stella, who's knowledge of the Potter-verse is about the equivalent of Russ' knowledge of comics.

We're still learning, but hopefully getting better.  This episode we talk movies, video games, and books.  Full Dr Strange review, including spoilers.  If you don't want to hear the spoilers you can skip from 15:00 - 28:47.  We dive into fighting video games this episode.  We also start talking books and just begin to scratch the surface of the Dresden Files.

Nerd's strongholds have long been the basement and really we're no different.  We talk TV, movies, and video games on this episode.  We have our first impressions of Dr Strange (without spoilers).  We were also able to keep this one to our planned time, so improvement.

Every great story has a beginning and this is ours.  Our beginning anyway.  We have no idea what we're doing and ran a little long.  Ok so we actually went double the time we planned, so we split this one up into 2 episodes.  We talk comics, TV, and movies.
