Since traditional lenders have become more cautious over the last year, ANAX presents a unique opportunity for rescue capital by leveraging its proprietary technology, technical expertise, and industry relationships to adapt to the market cycle and fill the financial gap, resulting in a solution for struggling developers and investors.

Eric intends to deploy $150-$200 million in rescue capital into stalled assets across NYC over the next 18 months. He stands firm in his belief that tailoring the correct rescue capital strategy to an asset can infuse it with the vital components for sustainable success.
