NASSBER was established in 2016 to drive engagement between the legislature and private sector, for a framework that will make the economy business-friendly for all.
Since inception, the Roundtable has achieved significant legislative milestones, including the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), Arbitration and Mediation Act, and more recently, the Data Protection Act, 2023.
But NASSBER is not resting on its oars. The Roundtable is gearing up for even more measurable outcomes as it engages the 10th Assembly for transformative legislation that will impact both the business community and generality of Nigerians.
