Netflix's hit docuseries 'Cheer' which has recently taken the internet by storm. The docuseries follows an elite cheer squad from Navarro College in Texas and their road to competition. H & T review the series and discuss glimpses of diet culture expressing itself within the squad. This leads to a conversation about diet culture and body image in sport and the Female Athlete Triad (more recently known as RED-S).
