Broadcom says its Trident 4 silicon is now sampling, Signify launches a Li-Fi play that uses light for data transmission instead of radio waves, and an open source group releases a proposed standard for service meshes.
Cumulus co-founder JR Rivers departs the company, Huawei says the US ban will strip $30 billion in revenue, a lack of good security gets very costly, and GE releases an unintentional parody video on the perils of IoT.
