  • Two Mikes - The Collapse of our Medical System with Nurse Twila
Today, The Two Mikes welcomed the return of Twila Brase, a distinguished, longtime
professional nurse and one of the county’s most articulate champions of returning control of
medical care to the citizens of America. Ms. Brase said that all Americans are coming close to
the dead-end for the country’s current medical system; the Medicare Trust Fund, just as the
Social Security Trust Fund, is non-existent. This fact is made worse because the number of
people working in the United States is decreasing as the last of the massive postwar “baby-
boomer generation retires”. As night follows day, fewer workers means less payroll taxes,
leaving the government with a choice between higher taxes or more frequent denial of
treatment. The politicians probably will do both. The national government is now paying for
both programs directly from the payroll-tax funds paid by workers Ms. Brase said that in 2022
the federal government’s Medicare plans confronted the reality that the cost of the plans was
$55 billion dollars more than the funds that came in from the payroll taxes paid by American
workers. Recent estimates show that by 2036 the entire national medical system will go “belly-
up”. For that reason, the national government’s socialist medical system already has increased
the ability of the federal bureaucracy, the medical profession, and medical insurers to deny
access to treatment, a money saver and death sentence for those who are denied. Ms. Brase
said that it is critical that all Americans must accept the fact that “freedom from Medicare is
needed if they are ever again to have freedom of medical choice.” Ms. Brase closed by saying
that she also is helping to push legislation that calls for the end to all DEI (Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion) initiatives in medical schools, rightly identifying those initiatives as bringing both the
death-kneel of competence, while also encouraging those being trained as doctors to
discriminate between sexes and racial groups in their provision of medical services.

  • Two Mikes - Watergate's Secrerts and Betrayals with Geoff Shepard
Today, the Two Mikes welcomed back Geoff Shepard, who is a distinguished lawyer and, a half-century ago, was the youngest lawyer working in President Nixon’s White House. In that position, he had a birds-eye view of the then unfolding “Water Gate” issue, which was capped with Nixon’s resignation on 8 August 1974. Recently, Mr. Shepard has been part of a team which has produced a new documentary that is primarily based on the three books about Nixon’s fall that Mr. Shepard has written, each of which is based on the government papers, personal diaries, and court documents that he discovered via research and FOIA requests – most of which have not previously seen the light of day.

  • Two Mikes - Lincoln’s Assassination Had An Official Story And A Back Story With James Perloff
Today, The Two Mikes had the pleasure of talking to the author James Perloff about his new
book, Exploding the Official Myths of the Lincoln Administration.
Mr. Perloff’s book is startlingly well documented and raises the distinct possibility that senior officials in Lincoln’s government – including the Secretary of War Edward Stanton – were involved in planning the operation and letting John Wilkes Booth escape after the attack on Lincoln.
Why was this murderous operation undertaken? Because the Radical Republicans in Congress wanted no part of Lincoln’s plans to let the South up easy after the war, and resume its role in the union and in
the U.S. government. The Radical Republicans wanted to squeeze what was left of the southern
economy and draw off whatever riches could be had after the war’s end. The also intended to
militarily occupy the south and then rule it by the sword. Ultimately, the scourge of military
occupation in the south lasted from 18165 until 1877.

  • Two Mikes - The Worst is Yet to Come with Gordon Oliver
Today, The Two Mikes again welcomed back Gordon Oliver, who is with the non-profit
organization Cambridge Credit Management, which was founded in 1996.
Mr. Oliver said that much of the economy is still in a bad way, and the indications are that the republic’s economy may well get worse. He noted, to for example, that homeowners with adjustable mortgages
have seen their interest rates rise from 4.4-percent to 7.5-percent.
Americans with school-loan debts to pay are also facing a situation where they will have to face the future alone as Biden is focused on getting help government employees working in all governmental levels – states, municipalities, cities, and the civil service. The largest percentage of the individuals in those categories are, not surprisingly, reliable Democratic voters.
Mr. Oliver added that the future economic outlook is unpredictable, as is obvious in the fact food prices continue to increase even as the administration says inflation is moderating. The first step for consumers, Mr. Oliver said, is to get a handle on your monthly expenses by making a list of the expenses that you must pay every month, mortgage, rent, or other contractual debts, groceries, utilities, child-
care, gasoline, insurance payments, etc. and see how much you are committed to monthly and
see if one or more category can be reduced.
This is an important and sometimes complicated process but Mr. Oliver’s organization offers free – yes, free -- assistance for people who are ready to prepare a budget that will help them get through what appears to be the tough economic road that lies ahead.

  • Two Mikes - Nate Cain Drops the Nukes on West Virginia and DC Part II
Today, The Two Mikes spoke with Nate Cain, a true Republican candidate for Congress from West Virginia’s 2nd congressional district. The interview turned out to be a humdinger and a bit lengthy, so we are publishing in two parts.
Mr. Cain is an Army veteran, and also has been a civilian employee of the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Marine Corps, and the FBI. While working for the FBI, Mr. Cain became one of the most important whistle-blowers we have ever heard of. During his FBI tenure 2017-2018, Nate saw FBI documents that showed that then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, her associates in Obama’s regime – at the highest levels, such as two FBI Directors and other senior DOJ officials, and major Clinton donors – had behaved treasonously, and otherwise criminally via money-laundering, “pay-to-play”, and illegal transfers of uranium to Russia. Mr. Cain took the documents to Congressman Devin Nunes and received whistle-blower protection under the law, but the FBI fired him and raided his home, taking his electronic devices and deeply upsetting his wife and children. Giving enormous credence to Mr. Cain’s claims about the nature of the information he delivered to Nunes is that fact that he still holds his security clearances, showing that he acted legally and truthfully by getting the documents to Congress, and that the FBI, DOJ, the Clintons and the Obamas knew that and feared if the issue was not buried “it could bring down the whole government.”

  • Two Mikes - Bringing Back Wholesome Literature with Chad Stewart
Today on The Two Mikes we spoke again with Chad Stewart who is the author of the Britfield
    Novels for young people.
Three have been published, with four more to come. There also will be seven movies, each of which will cover the story told in a specific volume. The first script is on the brink of completion. Mr. Stewart aims for a wide readership among middle-schoolers, and to date his novels have been received a great reception from those youngsters, as well as from their teachers and parents in the United States.
The novels focus on two young best friends, Tom and Sarah, both orphans. Both are twelve-years old in the first book, and, of course, they will gain one year of age in each subsequent book in the series. The novels follow Tom and Sarah after their escape from an oppressive orphanage and demonstrate how they learn the skills of self-reliance in threatening situations, as well as to learn the power and comfort to be found in friendship, family, loyalty, and courage.

  • Two Mikes - In Memory of Hugh Whelchel with Dr. Anne Bradley
Today, The Two Mikes welcomed Dr. Anne Bradley to our podcast to speak about a man named Hugh Whelchel, who has passed away.
Dr. Bradley worked with Mr. Whelchel at the Institute for Faith, Work, and Economics in Northern Virginia. Dr. Bradley remembers Mr. Whelchel as a friend who had the unique ability to teach the theology of life, work and family; indeed, he was a man who could "bring theology to life for Christians." He spoke clearly and with a passion, Dr. Bradley explained, and "it made people want to take the time to speak more with him."
Mr. Whelchel was never in a rush, and spent time answering questions as long as people had questions to ask. He told his audiences to always recall that God created each person not only in His image and likeness, but also created each person "to be something that only you can be."
Mr. Whelchel, Dr. Bradley said, can truly be described as a "magnanimous" human being, who had a deep knowledge of scripture, genuine humbleness, and great skill at getting diverse groups of people to sit around the table and work through problems, ideas, and aspirations.

  • Two Mikes - The Freedom Counsel
Today, The Two Mikes spoke with two senior officials -- Warner Mendenhall and Kathryn Huwig -- of an organization named "Freedom Counsel" (https://www.Freedom Counsel.org).
The organization's aim is to seek restitution for those who were damaged by the Federal Government's multitude of unconstitutional actions and orders during the Covid Pandemic. The organization's core group is composed of about 200 lawyers, as well as medical experts, researchers, scientists, and witnesses who experienced the many ravages of the government's illegal actions including the families of those who died or were maimed by the vaccinations, those who died because treatment for their serious pre-Covid diseases were either refused treatment of their treatments was fatally delayed because "Covid came first", and those families who lost their businesses because of the lock-downs. Indeed, almost all Americans suffered in one way or another, and the only really big beneficiaries of the Covid years were the banks, the public school systems who took payoffs from the government so long as they taught what the government wanted taught, and the hospitals that allowed people to die, or even caused their to death, in order to get whatever the government was paying as a bounty for each death that could be added truthfully or dishonestly to the tally of Covid deaths.
