When we talk about a harden heart we are talking about a person or group who has become unforgiving in a particular area of life. Usually that area of life is the gateway to their success in one way or the other. To overcome a harden heart is to first recognized that one have a harden heart, then steps can be taken to change such a heart. Also, a group can come together and create a harden law against those who are defenseless against their oppressive laws.
