Do you ever feel like this?

You know those times where the FEAR kicks in and the pressure comes, and sometimes you just cant handle it. Maybe you freak out, get stressed, maybe even really angry at yourself or take it out on loved ones.

I know for me in the past, this could definitely be the situation.. Sound familiar?

I have a friend who is a retired New Jersey Cop for 13 years. It was crazy to hear the real stories of not only being a cop, but the incredible circumstances and danger that he went through on a daily basis.

It makes you think. It makes you realise that your stresses and problems are nothing compared to running into a burning building to rescue someone. You risk your own life to saves someone else's. Is something you could do? A complete stranger? I don't know if I could, but I wanted to really jump inside the mind of someone who could.

So, I brought my friend and client Phil Romano in to record a latest episode of Mindset By Design Podcast. It was a special episode and since Phil has retired, he has now open up a self-defense school for woman, he is writing a book and is also a badass at network Marketing. I dont know about your family, but that is exactly the world I grew up in. It is so strange to look back and truly understand that the people who told you that, were simply people looking at the world through a certain filter around money, and that because they didn't have any, they thought that no one else could either!

I have worked very hard over the years to really see the world differently, let go of all the old patterns that have held us back, were just from people who couldn't change their beliefs that they got taught as a kid. Isn't nice to know that they were wrong :)

One of the people that I bring around me on this journey called life, is also the first person who recorded on the podcast. A dear friend of mine Hither Mann. An incredibly talented, successful, happy, healthy and very rich lady, who is also the top female forex trader in the world.

Hither actually just came on the show for the 3rd time..! yes the only guest to have ever done that, and the only guest who keeps on evolving and growing so fast..!

Do you know what? It is my BIRTHDAY :)

It is always a fascinating time of year. Do you remember your last birthday? Maybe you have one coming up soon??

How is it making you feel?? It some times for sure feels a little scary as we get older and start thinking about the end of your life, more than you do the middle, like you did when you were a kid..!

You see how easy it is to start feeling SAD or STRESSED about where you are in your life right now. Maybe you thought you were supposed to be WAY FuRTHUR AHEAD than where you are right now?

I choose to see things a DIFFERENT WAY, a way that might help you if you too..!

I LOVE BIRTHDAYS..!! :)

It gives me time to reflect and that means i can start to really take a look at where I am in my life, BUT the difference i do not judge. Why would I know inside that i am doing my best. There is always going to be someone RICHER, HAPPIER and FITTER that you. It does not matter how GOOD you are.. That is simply truth.

So don't FOCUS on them, focus on YOU :) You see none of anything outside of you can control so instead focus on HAPPY MEMORIES..!

It is that simple, I know i can make myself HAPPY, my changing my FOCUS to HAPPY things..

I could teach you a 1000 different ways to do that, (that is what the ACADEMY is for). Instead I look at BIRTHDAYS with an honest view point. This way i can see what i DONT WANT in my life anymore and BUILD MORE of what I do..

How COOL is that, if you can use birthdays as a way to GET RID of what does not SERVE YOU anymore..!

BRAIN TRAINING

**Take a note pad and pen**

Step 1: Write down a memory of being HAPPY (where you were, who you are with, all details)

Write down a memory of LETTING GO of something that does not serve you anymore in life.

Step 2: Close your eyes and sit and experience that HAPPY memory and allow that feeling to pump around your body..!

Then imagine having the conversation, or cutting up a card, or whatever it is that you are going to let go of in your life.

Imagine feeling so HAPPY that you are LETTING these things go..! :)

You can do this technique I made for you with anything in your life..!

Do you have a friend like this?

You love them. Known them all your life. Really clever and has huge amounts of potential. Yet does not seem to move forwards in their life, always moving in one slow direction to another. Always has no confidence in themselves, low self worth. Maybe even over weight as they comfort eat themselves into mediocracy.

YET, you know how brilliant they are, you see how incredible they can create their life could be. So really the only conclusion you can come to is they are REALLY REALLY, REALLY LAZY..!! :)

I know, I know that truly the underlining pattern is much much in depth with that. The old patterns from child hoods, the time they got rejected by the girl or boy they adored, and because they are such a nice person, they take it to heart and this beats themselves up even more.

All of these experiences PLUS taking it personally, over time become a big WEIGHT, and this weight feels so HEAVY that it starts to seem to everyone else that you are lazy. When really inside you are the opposite. You WANT LIFE, you want to RICH, you want to LOOK GOOD, you want your own business.

Does this sound a familiar story to someone you know??

The really cool thing is, you are not alone and that is why a few months ago I recorded a podcast episode about being lazy and the TOP 5 STEPS to BREAK FREE and step into YOUR WORLD-CLASS..

Oh, and I also tell a story about my oldest LAZY mate Dave.. (who i do really love ;) ) BRAIN TRAINING

If you are a little stuck in your life right now, then I want you to do these 4 steps to help yourself.

1. Smile and sit up straight and take 20 BIG DEEP BELLY BREATHES 2. Remember a time in your life when you were the most motivated 3. Who were you around most of the time? What were you doing that you loved? 4. Ask yourself, what would happen if I took this feeling and pushed forwards for today? 5. What would the next 6 months be if you gave it everything you had?? Go back over that brain training as if YOU truly UNDERSTAND IT and really spend at least 10 mins doing it, you will create a whole NEW YOU really really fast..!!

Add episode #118 to the mix and you are flying..!

Episode #116: The Untapped Gold Mine Of Be A World-class Spiritual Entrepreneur That Virtually No One Knows About

For thousands of years there has been religion. There have been battles probably since the dawn of time around this concept. Peoples beliefs become so fixed that they are willing to kill and hurt other people in the name of a belief??

It is so strange to me, when especially when you begin to understand the POWER of the BRAIN and what a belief really is. IT IS NOT REAL..!! You might be reading this and are saying ANDY, you are wrong, beliefs are real, I feel them everyday and the effect my whole life.

I believe i cant get over the past, I believe i cant get the life that I want and become RICH, HAPPY and FREE. Well, I am here to tell you still that BELIEFS are not REAL.!

They are just something we hold true with the information we have at the time. Think about this. It is the same as anything in your life. You could be learning a sport and the way someone from the past has taught you how to play, ight be giving you the result you are getting right now. Then a WORLD CHAMPION comes along and tells you DONT DO THAT, do this, it is going to get you a MUCH BETTER result. SUDDENLY your old belief about how to play is SMASHED and a new belief appears...!

Do you see how fast the way you look at the world can change in an instant??

So lets go back to my earlier point about Spirituality. Is spirituality the same as Religion? Is spirituality about "GOD"? What has being spiritual got to do with being an ENTREPRENEUR?

To me everything, but there again I have a different BELIEF :)

This topic is something I have been researching in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Bali, California and I have spoken to so many people about this over the years..!

I wanted to share with you what I have learnt, what MY BELIEFS are and I know you are going to be not only SURPRISED, but YOU are going to be EXCITED, because this is probably going to CHANGE YOUR LIFE ...!

The cool thing is I recorded a podcast around this, and wanted to share it with you, so you can see things from another angle, and maybe take on a NEW BELIEF..! You know me by now which means, you also know that I am going to show you SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT from every body else..!

1. When was the most powerful time that you can remember (even if it was Santa Claus) when you believed something so much and then you found out some NEW information and your world changed Instantly. (make this happy :) )

2. When that belief changed how did the world change with you?

3. Who or what around you change and how did it effect your life in an AMAZING WAY? (maybe it was around a relationship)

As you start to think about this, I want you get the AHA moment when you realised, holding on to any view of the world is crazy, as none of this life is real anyway...!

Time to decide what you want and go and get it in 2016...!!

For thousands of years there has been religion. There have been battles probably since the dawn of time around this concept. Peoples beliefs become so fixed that they are willing to kill and hurt other people in the name of a belief??

It is so strange to me, when especially when you begin to understand the POWER of the BRAIN and what a belief really is. IT IS NOT REAL..!! You might be reading this and are saying ANDY, you are wrong, beliefs are real, I feel them everyday and the effect my whole life.

I believe i cant get over the past, I believe i cant get the life that I want and become RICH, HAPPY and FREE. Well, I am here to tell you still that BELIEFS are not REAL.!

They are just something we hold true with the information we have at the time. Think about this. It is the same as anything in your life. You could be learning a sport and the way someone from the past has taught you how to play, ight be giving you the result you are getting right now. Then a WORLD CHAMPION comes along and tells you DONT DO THAT, do this, it is going to get you a MUCH BETTER result. SUDDENLY your old belief about how to play is SMASHED and a new belief appears...!

Do you see how fast the way you look at the world can change in an instant??

So lets go back to my earlier point about Spirituality. Is spirituality the same as Religion? Is spirituality about "GOD"? What has being spiritual got to do with being an ENTREPRENEUR?

To me everything, but there again I have a different BELIEF :)

This topic is something I have been researching in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Bali, California and I have spoken to so many people about this over the years..!

I wanted to share with you what I have learnt, what MY BELIEFS are and I know you are going to be not only SURPRISED, but YOU are going to be EXCITED, because this is probably going to CHANGE YOUR LIFE ...!
