Enter Dr. Ebony Glover, an Associate Professor at Kennesaw State University who is studying how biological and environmental factors, like sex and socioeconomic status, can affect the likelihood that a person develops PTSD. Dr. Glover brings a unique perspective to the scientific community: she herself has a PTSD diagnosis that influences the type of research she prioritizes.
