  • Learning To Be Kinder To Yourself with Dizz

Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.

‘In this episode we discuss parenthood, demand avoidance, addiction, work and learning to be kinder to yourself.

Dizz is diagnosed with autism, ADHD and dyslexia, although at the time of recording she had only received her ADHD and dyslexia diagnoses. She also believes she has a PDA profile.

Dizz talks openly about parenthood, including the challenges of parenting before knowing she was neurodivergent, as well as her experiences of addiction and working life. We discuss how she manages her own internal demand avoidance, the impact of understanding herself through a neurodivergent lens, and why self-kindness has become so important.’

NeuroDIVE redesigns systems, cultures and ways of working with neurodivergent people in mind, because when organisations design for difference, they work better for everyone.

Our team brings expertise across business, education, social care, and executive leadership, combining professional and lived experience to create meaningful, lasting change.
