Despite all the obstacles in his way, Nev Kraguljevic was determined to make a better life for himself in the United States. He immigrated from Serbia with very little money and not knowing any English. However, he worked hard and earned his bachelor’s degree in just two years and nine months—this determination to succeed carried over into other areas of his life. After losing everything in a market meltdown, Nev could have given up. But instead, he used this experience to motivate him to find new ways to invest and become financially independent.
