Growing up, Paul Belcher's dad taught him that regardless of your circumstances, you never empower yourself to quit. Adapting, changing and following your dreams can lead to great things when you never give up. As a young college graduate, Paul bought Mountain Crane through grit and determination and just finding a way. Paul now runs the 15th largest crane company in North America. 

By recognizing and leveraging your personal assets, you'll be amazed at what you can do. You can learn your way into success. By challenging yourself, your family or company to be challenged every day, you teach resilience and responsibility. Those become assets and open doors for you and your loved ones.
