In the words of the Great DJ Khaled ( Another One), The Boi’s Aquille and Ore are back with another episode featuring Kudzanai Bingepinge. Kudz is a current football player and former teammate of Aquille he is also an aspiring entrepreneur , owner and founder of his own brand Internal Keeper. He is doing all this while still completing his studies in phycology. Kudz joins the show and  dives into a range of topics such as his early days playing hockey. Facing racism in a predominantly white spot. Bouncing back from depression, and what he learned. Believing in yourself when no one else does. The struggle of consistency and importance of balance and so much more.

Kudz talks about his first love in sports hockey, and how he had to deal with racism being the only black kid in his league in Alberta. He talks about how he dealt with it, he also talks about the struggle and benefits of moving around lots. He shared what led to his transition to football and how someone he valued very much gave up on him and his dreams leading him into a very dark place in his life. And how he was able to bounce back  He also shares the tips from his own personal experience on how he got out of his depression. As well as what led him to study psychology and eventually start his own brand Internal keeper Kudz goes on to give his take on discipline along with how he manages to stay disciplined and the importance of balancing the grind, relationships and improving yourself.

He also shares his theory of the grind, about the grind not being a 1 time thing but a lifestyle, and how life detours are not a bad thing and might actually lead to the right path in the end. This episode is flooded with gems from Kudz experiences and what he has learned along the way. This is a must especially for people who feel like there is no hope. Kudz stories show there’s always hope.
