We use once upon a time to make a story feel reminiscent of times past. And while that’s a great opening for fairy tales, what about our story in real life?
How much of our present is spent reliving what was? Where do our thoughts and emotions dwell? Are we able to turn the page if we to step into our own awareness or are we stuck on the certain chapter we see before us?
Do you feel present in this very moment? Would you be surprised if you listened on and realized you might be more in the past than you could’ve ever thought?
When these questions presented to me - it really gave me a novel download about my own sense of self, my life as it is and possibly as it were, and how I can bring it to where I naturally want it to be…so get your hot cocoa, curl up next to the fireplace and listen on with an open heart and mind to this story my friends, because in this episode I’m going to discuss how we’ve come to allow once upon a time to become once upon our now and the impact it’s having on us all. It’s time to consider that if we truly want to change our story, we may want to rethink our storytelling altogether…
