🎙️ I had the pleasure of interviewing Jacob M. today on what it means to live a life with no regrets.

Our conversation explored how empathy brought us together and how we each share it with the world: Jacob through his powerful writing, and I through coaching. Today, I’m speaking up. For weeks, I’ve been navigating a challenging situation. I faced repeated tension and disrespect. I tried to stay calm, to rise above, to hold space.
