You can be professional even at 12 years old! All that it means to be respectful, on time, take care of yourself and others.  Behave like a professional and you are more likely to actually sign a professional contract! Coaches and managers love to work with players who respect themselves and everyone else around them.  Take care of your body in a professional manner and also be responsible for all of your actions.
