With the passage of House Bill 2288, recently signed into law by Governor Katie Hobbs, some laws have been added to the Arizona Revised Statue (ARS) regarding large vehicle right-of-way within roundabouts. These changes took effect, October 30th, 2023, and are covered under ARS 28-778 Since the Town of Chino Valley is home to roundabouts, which will affect drivers, it is important that residents know the laws and abide by them, for their safety and the safety of others.
