The boys welcome long time friend and father of two girls Shaun Hewitt.  Shaun brings us into his world and what it was like being one of the first to have kids in his friends group.  We also go into detail in regards to school, potty training, and a scary asthma attack story.   

The boys discuss the mall they grew up in, an old tv show that is new (for one host), time management with a newborn and the seriousness of mental health.  They also play a little game called "Would you rather?"

They boys discuss going out to eat with your kid and begin to talk about what school to send their kids.  This episodes guest feature's Paul's dad Richard Stokes.  They go over Paul's complicated birth and Richard talks about moving his family from Ireland to Vancouver in 1990.  

They boys describe carseat shopping, Starbucks buying and cereals they ate as a kid.   They also have their first interview with sleep trainer expert Jolan Holmes @gnss_holmes. Jolan breaks down in detail what she does and delivers amazing insight of a day and life of a sleep trainer.  

They boys go over the reason for starting the podcast and describe what it was like during labour plus more.....
