Prior to heading to the Cross, Jesus tells His disciples that He would be leaving and of the provisions he made for them. But He also left them something - Peace. Not just peace, but HIS Peace! A peace that passes all understanding, that guards our hearts and minds thru Christ Jesus. That peace is available to you today!

As you follow Christ and you focus on His direction for your life, and focus on His setting you apart (holiness), it is time to focus on your well being and guard it against two of the most dangerous things that can be used to distract or deter you from the destiny God has for you. What does it mean to be holy? It essentially means to be set apart, to separate from that which is not of God. Easier said than done, if we try to do it in our own power. But God has given us the power to live holy and it all comes by what was done at the Cross. Focus on Holiness and by the power of the Holy Spirit you'll be free of all the bondages, bad habits and negative things that hold you.

Christian, where are you headed in your life? Have you received any guidance or direction from Christ as to where you are going, how to get there and what He has planned for you? We know well the story of Jesus walking on water in the midst of a stormy, windy night that threatened to kill the disciples out on the sea. But Peter got out of the boat and walked on water too.
