As we look around at the world today, we can't help but cry out "injustice!" and "violence!" This same lament came from the lips of the prophet Habakkuk towards God. God's plan for dealing with the injustice leaves the prophet puzzled. Yet we will see how God's ways are higher than our ways and as God's people we must learn to have faith like Habakkuk.

Popular culture has given us many different ideas of what heaven is about. Some people think it's just a cool party. Others believe they will sit on clouds and play harps all day. However, the Bible gives us a better picture of heaven, particularly what heaven is all about. Or rather, who heaven is about. This Sunday we will see that heaven is about a person not a place, what we're preparing for, and only possible because of Jesus.

When Jonah heard the call of God on his life he ran, resisted, and eventually resented what God through his preaching. Put simply, Jonah was angry. What did God do that made him so angry? The beauty of the Psalms lies in their honesty. They show the real experience of following God through the ups and downs of faith. Sometimes God feels obvious and present, and sometimes He seems mysterious and hidden. Join us this Sunday as we learn from a psalm that tells the truth of following God when we do not have all the answers.

This Sunday we will ask and answer the question "Who Told You That?" This question was first asked of Adam and Eve in the garden immediately after the Fall. This question did not cease with them but it is the question God continues to ask us. Every day the enemy whispers lies into our hearts and we believe those lies though God has given us truth. This account in Genesis 3 will teach us how to see our daily battle with sin and equip us with ways to combat it.
