During the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on August 16, 2023, a unanimous decision was made to merge the Community Health Services Department (CHS) and the Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY), into "Community Health Services” under the leadership of Director Leslie Horton. Willa Miller will retain her position as Assistant Director of CHCY, while Carol Lewis will continue as Assistant Director of CHS.
