The first issue of Turning Leaf Academy is officially out! Our super teens get to introduce themselves and meet the rest of their class in Homeroom, flex their powers on the Phys Ed obstacle course, check out the library, and de-stress in Arts & Crafts. Maybe this is the peaceful, wholesome, purely RP driven campaign that everyone's looking for...?

Finally, the time has come for the big BBQ. The noodle arms travel to Oklahoma and get to meet The Litany of Heroes first hand, and we get to learn a lot more than we bargained for about both teams.

Meanwhile Gene lies to Aurelius to help his girlfriend(?) out, and Sarah & Malcolm play house to skirt around a fight with an amorous werepoodle?! Alejandro has jealous jilted evil exes?! Who could have seen this coming?!

Blossoming romance is in the air as the gang gets to meet Aurelius' family and learn a little about where he comes from, and the new challenges he has to face if he doesn't want to give up his superhero career. Meanwhile Malcolm gets to take part in his long awaited shopping spree.

Alejandro returns from his unlikely family reunion in time to join Aurelius and the others on their mission to ensure that Claymore won’t present a further risk to the welfare of the Chicago citizens (read as help Aurelius steal lots of high tech toys). Gene and Heath also use this as an opportunity to test drive a new toy of their own.

Our superhero saga continues. Ark steps out in time for there to be a major supervillain encounter on the streets; outmatched and unable to rely on traditional means, the heroes must find a new way to overcome a new type of threat, which leads one of them to take a potentially fatal risk.

Sarah gets up close and personal with the non-public side of the DHI and dips her toes in the dark side, while Alejandro pays a visit to their mysterious allies in Mekanicus Consulting. Then the group enjoys the magic of their evolving apartment and gets to know each other a little better.
