Rob Gronkowski has had a rough start to the 2018 season, and his frustration may be starting to boil over, as evident by a short, choppy press conference today. Part of what may be holding Gronk back is an ankle injury. Gronk was once again on the injury report, one of 15 Patriots listed. 5 of those players did not practice, including Julian Edelman and Deatrich Wise, who were listed as having an illness.

The Patriots met the Bills on Monday Night Football in an AFC East matchup. Before the game, reports circulated that Bill Belichick was going to hold Josh Gordon out of the game for disciplinary reasons, but Gordon would play most of the game. The Patriots defense led them to victory, highlighted by a 4th quarter 84-yard pick six from safety Devin McCourty.

Sony Michel returned to Patriots practice less than a week after what appeared to be a season ending knee injury against the Bears. Rob Gronkowski spoke to the media after practice, and sounds like he is planning on returning to play sooner rather than later.
