Hi everybody! I went dark for about a month, because of all the heavy energy and some stuff I was processing. That’s a very old trauma response of mine, for sure. As I woke up this morning, I realized I am feeling clearer and more energized and motivated than I have in a very long time, and I felt like I actually had something to say and share with you. Took me a bit to remember my tools, but my light is back on and ready to shine again. Todays episode is dedicated to that light and the energy of love that is our soul’s true frequency.
